1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing the APEX Movement Science website ("Site") or purchasing any products or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and APEX Movement Science. If you do not agree with all of these terms, you are prohibited from using the Site and our services.

2. Services and Products

APEX provides various fitness-related services, including:

Digital Programs: Standardized training plans delivered via third-party apps (e.g., TrainingPeaks).
1:1 Personal Training: Personalized virtual coaching delivered via TrueCoach.
Educational Content: Access to the APEX Education Hub and community platforms (e.g., Skool).
Technology Integration: Recommendations and sales avenues for third-party hardware (e.g., Speediance).

  1. Payment and Billing

Pricing: All prices are as displayed on the Site and are subject to change without notice.
Payment Methods: We accept payments via Stripe, secure electronic funds transfer (EFT), or other methods specified at checkout.
Subscriptions: 1:1 Coaching is typically billed on a recurring monthly basis. Failure to make payment will result in the immediate suspension of access to training platforms and coaching services.

  1. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Digital Programs: Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of downloadable programs and pre-set training plans are final and non-refundable once access has been granted.

1:1 Coaching: You may cancel your 1:1 coaching subscription at any time. However, we require a 7-day notice period, to account for pre-planning of following month programs. No refunds will be issued for partial months or unused sessions already paid for.

  1. Intellectual Property

All content included on this Site and within our programs (videos, text, graphics, logos, and the "APEX Method") is the property of APEX, unless otherwise stated, and is protected by copyright laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the content for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not redistribute, sell, or share APEX materials without express written consent.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law: APEX and its founder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or the purchase of third-party hardware. Your use of the website and services is entirely at your own risk.

  1. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
